Permanent Makeup Treatments in Frisco
Semi-permanent pigment, placed by hand, that reads as your own colour rather than makeup. At Geneva Med Spa in Frisco, TX, every treatment is performed by Tatiana Vostrikov — an internationally recognized master artist, trainer, and judge at international PMU championships.
The name is misleading. Modern permanent makeup isn’t a tattoo that stays forever — it’s pigment placed at a shallower depth that fades gradually over two to three years.
That matters for two reasons. Your face changes, and trends change with it: what suits you at thirty-five may not at forty-five. And an artist who knows the work will soften rather than harden is one who places it conservatively in the first place.
Brows — powder, nano, combo, or microblading, chosen for your skin type
Lips — colour and definition, including correction of dark or uneven tone
Eyes — liner from a barely-there lash enhancement to a defined wing
Paramedical — scalp density and scar camouflage, where pigment restores rather than decorates
Every Treatment Performed by Tatiana Vostrikov, LVN
Over twenty years in aesthetic medicine, with more than 25 certifications in permanent makeup. Tatiana trains and mentors artists across North America and internationally, speaks at global conferences, and sits on the jury of international PMU championships.
Permanent makeup is one of the few treatments where the artist matters more than the equipment — pigment behaves differently in every skin, and knowing that comes from volume, not from a weekend course.
Clients come to Geneva Med Spa from across Frisco and North Dallas for results that look like them — refined, not overdone. Every treatment starts with a conversation about what you actually want.

Everything you’re wondering about permanent makeup, answered.
How long does permanent makeup last?
Brows and lips typically two to three years, eyeliner two to three, scalp micropigmentation three to five. Everything fades gradually rather than disappearing, and an annual refresh keeps it looking current.
Does it hurt?
Strong numbing cream is applied before and during every treatment. Most clients describe pressure or light vibration rather than pain, and many find it relaxing enough to doze off.
Will it look natural?
That’s the entire point. Modern technique builds colour in layers and maps shape to your bone structure — the result should look like you had a good night’s sleep, not like you had something done.
How long does healing take?
Seven to fourteen days depending on the area. Everything looks bolder and darker for the first few days, then lightens by 30–50% as it heals. A perfecting touch-up at six to eight weeks locks in the final result.
Can you correct old permanent makeup?
Often, yes. Colour correction, reshaping, and neutralising unwanted tones are among our most requested treatments. Send a photo with your consultation request and we’ll tell you honestly what’s achievable.
How should I prepare?
Avoid alcohol, blood-thinners, and caffeine for 24 hours beforehand. Skip brow waxing or tinting for a week prior, and come with the area clean and product-free.
