The Treatment

Sessions run 2–3 hours, building density gradually across 2–3 visits spaced a week or two apart. Most clients feel light pressure or a tapping sensation.

The Healing

The scalp looks slightly red and darker for 2–3 days, then settles over the following week. Each session builds on the last until the density looks right.

How long does scalp micropigmentation last?

Does it hurt?

Most clients describe it as mild — a tapping or light scratching sensation. We use numbing throughout, and the scalp tolerates it better than most people expect.

Will it look like dots up close?

No. Impressions are placed at varying depths and densities to mimic how real follicles emerge from the scalp, so the result blends rather than reading as a pattern.

Does it work if I still have hair?

Yes — that’s one of the most common reasons clients come in. Pigment fills the scalp showing between thinning hair, reducing contrast so density looks restored without shaving anything.

Can it cover a hair transplant scar?
