Why a Professional Treatment Does What Your Routine Can't
A good home routine maintains your skin. It doesn’t extract congestion you can’t reach, it doesn’t deliver active ingredients past the surface barrier, and it can’t assess what your skin needs this month rather than last.
A professional treatment does all three. Skin is analysed first, then the protocol and products are chosen for what’s in front of us — not applied from a standard sequence.
What a Session Includes:
Analysis First: Your skin is assessed before anything is applied, so the treatment fits the day.
Deep Cleansing and Extraction: Congestion cleared properly, without the irritation of aggressive squeezing.
Targeted Actives: Serums and masks chosen for your concern — hydration, firming, brightening, or calming.
Have a specific concern — dryness, dullness, congestion, or sensitivity
Are preparing for an event and want skin looking its best
Find peels or needling too intense for your skin or your schedule
Want ongoing maintenance rather than a one-off correction
(For acne scarring, deep lines, or laxity, microneedling or resurfacing will do more. These treatments maintain and improve skin quality — they don’t correct structural concerns.)

Our most complete treatment: exfoliation, deep pore cleansing, and full rejuvenation across ninety minutes.
Hands vs. Device: Signature treatments are performed manually with products selected for your skin. Hydrafacial uses a vortex device that cleanses, extracts, and infuses simultaneously.
Tailored vs. Consistent: A signature treatment adapts to your skin on the day. Hydrafacial delivers the same protocol every session.
Relaxation vs. Efficiency: Sixty minutes of hands-on work against a faster, more clinical forty-five.
Neither is better — they suit different preferences, and plenty of clients alternate.
We look at your skin, ask what's changed recently, and choose the treatment and products that fit — this is why you don't need to pick blind when booking.

Everything you’re wondering about our signature treatments, answered.
How often should I come in?
Around every four weeks, which matches your skin’s natural renewal cycle. Treating more frequently doesn’t improve results; leaving longer means starting over each time.
Which one should I book?
If you know your concern, pick the treatment named for it. If you’re not sure, book anything and tell us at the appointment — we assess your skin first and can adjust the protocol.
Is there any downtime?
None. You may be slightly flushed for an hour, which settles. Most clients go straight back to their day or on to an event.
Can I come before a wedding or event?
Yes — this is one of the few treatments you can safely book the day before. If it’s your first time with us, coming a week ahead is safer so we know how your skin responds.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Calm & Soothe Sensitive Skin is built for reactive skin specifically, and any of the others can be adjusted. Tell us about your sensitivities at the start.
What's the aftercare?
Minimal — skip makeup for a few hours if you can, use sunscreen daily, and avoid harsh exfoliants for a day or two.
Join clients across Frisco who come every month and treat it as maintenance rather than a treat. Tell us a bit about your skin, and we’ll get back to you with availability and next steps.
